Trip to japan advice please!

hey guys! i am possibly going on a trip in the spring to japan with this school i go to!

But i need some huge advice for going to japan!

My main focus for advice is

A.How much luggage is a good amount for ten days?

B.How much should i expect to be pulling up for this trip for plane fares,moderate shopping,hotel and fastfood and small restuarants?

C.Should i get a new phone or just an international number?

D.Any other advice that would be useful!
